Ambica Woodmart currently delivers across all major cities and serviceable PIN codes throughout India. If you have concerns about delivery to your specific location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

As each piece of Ambica Woodmart furniture is crafted with care, our delivery timeframes are estimated as follows:

  • Standard Furniture (e.g., smaller tables, chairs): Typically 7-14 business days from order confirmation.
  • Larger Furniture (e.g., beds, wardrobes, dining sets): Typically 14-21 business days from order confirmation.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary based on product availability, your delivery location, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, public holidays). We will provide a more precise delivery estimate upon order confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for those!

4. Delivery Process

  • Pre-Delivery Call: Our delivery partner will contact you approximately 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery to confirm your availability.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Upon successful delivery, we kindly request that you inspect the furniture for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Installation/Assembly:
    • Many of our products are designed for basic self-assembly and come with easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary hardware.
    • For larger items like beds or wardrobes, basic assembly services might be included depending on your location and the specific product. Please check the product description for details or contact us for clarification.
    • Our delivery team will only deliver to the ground floor or to floors accessible by a service elevator. Please ensure clear access for large items.

5. Important Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate and complete to avoid delays.
  • In case of a missed delivery, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
  • While our delivery team takes utmost care, we recommend clearing the delivery path of any obstacles to ensure a smooth delivery process.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment’s progress. You can also log into your Ambica Woodmart account to view your order status.
